Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province issued a notice on the approval of provincial key laboratory projects for 2024 (Yue Ke Han Shi Zi [2024] No. 254). After evaluation and public announcement without objection, 28 provincial key laboratory projects for 2024 were officially approved for approval. Among them, our company's "Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory for High Density Hybrid Integrated Printed Circuits (2024)" has been approved for construction as a provincial key laboratory jointly established by the province and city.
The laboratory is the core carrier of our company's scientific and technological innovation system, and the basic platform for cultivating major original innovations, strengthening university-industry cooperation, cultivating scientific research talents, and breaking through key technologies. The company has always attached great importance to laboratory construction work. In recent years, we have invested over 20 million yuan to establish a central laboratory, which has introduced internationally advanced high-precision instruments such as scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared microscopy, cold and hot shock chambers, constant temperature and humidity chambers, insulation resistance online testers, network analyzers, static thermomechanical analyzers, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. It has passed the CNAS certification of the National Accreditation Service and has obtained multiple invention patents, papers, and other scientific research achievements and applications.
It will rely on the central laboratory and take the company's high-density research and development technology of PCB as the foundation. Targeting the "bottleneck" technology of domestic printed circuits in high-density, high-frequency, and device system integration, targeted investment will be made to bring in relevant cutting-edge technologies and inspection and testing equipment at home and abroad, strengthen basic research on application; research on materials, equipment, theory and technology; focus on key technologies such as high-density interconnection integration of high-frequency, thick copper, and system integrated devices, to achieve breakthroughs in original industry technologies.
